Annotation

The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the transformation of teaching and management methods in the context of digitalization and substantiates the conceptual model of a digital university as an institutional form of modernizing contemporary higher education. It reveals the prerequisites for the transition of universities to new formats of educational activity, caused by the deepening of digital transformation, changes in labor market demands, and the need to provide individualized educational trajectories. The leading scientific approaches to the digital university, based on the use of artificial intelligence, data analytics, adaptive algorithms, and flexible digital environments, are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of traditional teaching methods, such as the “flipped classroom” model, which integrates synchronous and asynchronous activities, promotes a practical approach, and increases student independence. The potential of adaptive learning as a technology that enables the formation of individual educational trajectories based on big data analysis and predictive analytics has been revealed. It has been shown that a digital university creates a comprehensive intellectual environment that combines digital platforms, interactive and immersive technologies, intelligent support systems, automated management solutions, and infrastructure for the continuous collection and analysis of educational data. An analysis of the dynamics of online education development has been carried out, confirming a significant increase in global demand for digital educational formats and emphasizing the need for universities to adapt to new conditions. The practical significance of the research lies in identifying the structural elements of a digital university that can be used in developing strategies for the digital transformation of higher education institutions and improving educational and management processes in the context of the digital economy.
