Annotation
The digital transformation of the higher education system has become one of the key trends of the twenty-first century, covering not only the technological renewal of university infrastructure, but also radically changing its economic model, institutional logic, and management paradigm. Universities are increasingly operating in the complex environment of the knowledge-based economy, where information, data analytics, digital platforms, and intellectual capital determine not only the competitiveness of educational services but also the financial sustainability of academic institutions (Kozhyna, 2022).
