Natalia Sergiivna Bobro (born 8 August 1984 in Kharkiv, Ukraine) is an scientist and entrepreneur.
Director of the Digital Department at European University, CEO & founder of Edutachmant, CEO & founder of ETM Global, CEO & founder of Release Education, director of Noosphere Laboratory & AI.
Member of the expert group of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on amendments to the Law of Ukraine on Extracurricular Education.
Natalia Bobro was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Her father, Sergey Bobro, worked as a driver. Her mother, Tetiana Bobro, was an engineer and created the production of frozen pies. The parents instilled family values in Natalia since they were together since the 7th grade and celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary in 2023. They supported their daughter in all her endeavours and devoted a lot of time to her upbringing.
From an early age, Natalia was interested in mathematics and choreography, so her life path is connected to these fields.
She graduated from the school No. 96 with honours in 2000.
Her favourite subject was mathematics. She also graduated from music school with a degree in piano and art school. At the age of 9, Natalia started her career in choreography. She attended various classes in her free time.
As part of the Rosinka dance group, she participated in various international tournaments and competitions.
In 2000, Natalia entered two universities simultaneously. As Nataliia's strong point was mathematics, she entered V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University on a free basis, studying at the Faculty of Economics and majoring in Organisational Management. At the same time, she was admitted to the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture, majoring in Modern Choreography. While studying at the university, Natalia began her teaching career as a choreographer in her own dance company, Mriya, which was later renamed Fantasy.
In 2006, Natalia moved to Kyiv to enter the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts named after M.M. Poplavsky.
In 2007, she graduated with honours from the Faculty of Directing and Choreography with a Master's degree.
In 2021, Nataliia entered the European University and defended her PhD in Economics, and to this day continues her research activities at the European University as a doctoral student.
In 2022, she enters WSW UNIVERSITY (Poland) to obtain a Master's degree at the Faculty of Management. At the same time, he starts studying at the European University at the Faculty of Computer Science and the Faculty of Marketing.
Since 2021, he has been holding the position of CDTO at the Swiss technology company Langmeier Software, successfully creating and implementing the company's digital concept of automating all work processes. He is also involved in data management, analytics, optimisation of operational processes and information, market research, and development of a digital transformation strategy. Langmeier Software develops the Swiss market leader in online backups Langmeier Backup та Saas platform aBusines Suit.
During her time at the European University (2011-Present), Nataliia improved the workflow to achieve significant results. In 2011, she created the Show Business Institute at the European University, whose graduates still win prizes in international competitions.
Since 2018, she has been working as the Director of the Digital Department at the European University. Also, since 2022, Nataliia has been the head of the scientific laboratory "Laboratory of the Noosphere and Human Brain Research" at the European University.
The European University is the only educational institution in Ukraine with a continuous education system and a structure consisting of a kindergarten, school, lyceum, business college, university and doctoral studies.
Academia WSB University is a higher education institution that operates a Double Diploma programme with the European University.
Nataliia has been working at Academia WSB University since 2018. While working with the academy, she created and implemented a digital concept for the company's strategy and automated all work processes.
Nataliia was responsible for data management, analytics, optimisation of operational processes and information.She successfully organised an introductory campaign using digital advertising.She built an online sales department and an online marketing department.
In 2007, she founded ETM, a company with three business lines:
Edutechmant - an EdTech consulting company and a digital marketing agency.
ETM CRM is a CRM system for business automation.
ETM Global is an international research company that studies innovative technologies.
In 2007, Natalia founded the Release Education development studio, which has become the main project of her life. She is also the owner of the Release trademark.
During her 12 years as CEO of Release Education (2007-2011), she created a project from scratch and became the market leader in out-of-school education. She built a network of centres and sold franchises.
The Release brand was recognised as the best brand of 2013.The Release brand also won the most prestigious marketing award, the Effie Awards.
Natalia has engaged the most famous and professional teachers, coaches and ambassadors (Olympic champions, world champions, European champions, media personalities) to cooperate with her brand.Natalia also introduced the most powerful material and technical base and innovative methods of teaching.
She wrote her own CRM system to automate all work processes and created a mobile application.
In 2010, she opened the Release Academy in Malta.
In 2011, Release Dance Complex was opened across the entire network of Sport Life fitness centres in Ukraine.
